Job Description

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Global Payments Services Client Consultant to join our Global Payments and Liquidity team within Enterprise Functions.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage and grow relationships with a portfolio of high-value Global Payments & Liquidity clients, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic point of contact
  • Develop and execute client growth plans focused on wallet expansion, product adoption, deposit growth, and revenue retention
  • Identify, originate, and advance new treasury, payments, and liquidity opportunities in partnership with Relationship Managers and Product partners
  • Navigate complex client organizations, account structures, and solution requirements to drive timely execution and issue resolution
  • Provide strategic oversight and coordination of client initiatives, including new product adoption, account expansion, and critical client priorities
  • Partner across Sales, Product, Implementation, Service, and Operations teams to advocate for clients and ensure successful delivery of solutions
  • Serve as a Global Payments & Liquidity subject matter expert and relationship lead for some of the firm's most important and complex client relationships

Requirements

5+ years of Global Payments Sales experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Nice to have

  • 5+ years of experience in Treasury Management, Payments, Commercial Banking, or Financial Services
  • Deep knowledge of payments, treasury, and liquidity products and solutions
  • Proven ability to manage complex, high-value client relationships and navigate sophisticated account structures
  • Strong internal network and demonstrated ability to lead through influence and partner across Sales, Product, Service, Operations, and Implementation teams to drive results
  • Excellent consultative, relationship management, and problem-solving skills with a focus on client retention, growth, and delivering an exceptional client experience
