Job Responsibility:
Generating and qualifying new sales leads through outbound calling
Engaging potential customers and identifying sales opportunities
Building strong rapport using a professional, consultative sales approach
Accurately capturing customer data and progressing qualified leads
Working towards clear daily KPIs and sales performance targets
Contributing to a collaborative, high-energy sales and lead generation team
Requirements:
Proven experience in lead generation, telesales, outbound sales or cold calling
Confident, clear and professional telephone manner
Strong objection handling and rapport-building skills
Target-driven mindset with a strong work ethic
Ability to work independently and as part of a sales team
