We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Generator to join our team in the fast-growing field of Building Information Modeling (BIM). As a Lead Generator, you will play a crucial role in identifying and generating potential leads for our BIM services. Your primary responsibility will be to proactively reach out to prospective clients, nurture relationships, and gather key information to qualify and convert leads into sales opportunities. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and research skills, a strong understanding of the BIM industry, and a passion for generating business growth.
Job Responsibility:
Conduct market research to identify potential leads within the BIM industry
Utilize various resources such as industry directories, online platforms, and social media to identify and target key decision-makers and stakeholders
Proactively reach out to potential leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events
Engage in meaningful conversations to introduce our BIM services, identify their specific needs, and qualify leads based on their potential for collaboration
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients through regular follow-ups and communication
Develop a deep understanding of their business objectives, challenges, and pain points related to BIM implementation and present tailored solutions
Conduct thorough research and gather relevant information to assess lead quality and suitability for our services
Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria, including budget, timeline, project size, and strategic alignment
Work closely with the sales team to transfer qualified leads and provide them with detailed background information to facilitate effective follow-up and conversion
Collaborate on lead nurturing strategies and assist in creating compelling proposals and presentations
Update and maintain accurate records of all lead-related activities, communications, and status changes in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
Generate reports and provide regular updates to management regarding lead generation progress, pipeline, and conversion rates
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitors’ activities
Continuously expand your knowledge of BIM technologies and their applications to effectively communicate the value proposition of our services
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, architecture, or a related field is preferred
Proven experience in lead generation, business development, or sales within the BIM or construction industry
Experience in Cold-Calling
Strong knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM) concepts, software applications, and industry standards
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Exceptional research and analytical skills to identify potential leads and gather relevant information
Proficiency in using CRM software and other lead management tools
Familiarity with sales and marketing techniques, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking strategies
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple leads simultaneously
Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment
