Aquent is seeking a dynamic Third-Party Lead Generation Specialist to join our client, a prominent legal firm dedicated to delivering exceptional service and achieving impactful outcomes for their clients. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping the firm's client acquisition strategy, directly contributing to the expansion of their diverse legal practices by building robust pipelines of high-quality, conversion-ready leads.
Job Responsibility
Own top-of-funnel lead generation through outbound and partnership channels, consistently delivering qualified, conversion-ready leads
Build, test, and scale targeted prospect and referral partner lists aligned to defined ideal client profiles and legal practice-area demand
Execute high-volume, multi-channel outreach campaigns across email, professional networking platforms, and other approved channels to drive engagement and appointments
Develop, test, and optimize messaging, sequencing, and cadence to maximize response rates while ensuring full compliance with legal advertising standards
Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on intent, eligibility, and case viability, ensuring intake-ready quality for the legal team
Drive clean, timely handoff of qualified leads into the call center and intake pipeline with accurate Customer Relationship Management (CRM) documentation
Analyze engagement, conversion, and lead-quality metrics to continuously improve campaign performance and return on investment
Partner closely with paid media, analytics, and development teams to align outbound efforts, automation, and overall funnel optimization
Deliver clear performance reporting, insights, and actionable recommendations to leadership, contributing to strategic marketing decisions
Requirements
Proven experience in third-party or outsourced lead generation, sales development, or demand generation
Experience running outbound or partnership-based campaigns in a Business-to-Consumer (B2C) or service-based environment
Strong understanding of lead qualification frameworks and sales funnels
Comfortable working within structured systems and handoff processes
Familiarity with CRM platforms and lead tracking workflows
5+ years of experience supporting lead generation, performance marketing, or growth operations in vendor-driven or agency-supported environments
Proven ability to manage third-party vendors and Statements of Work (SOWs) while holding partners accountable to performance, compliance, and ROI standards
Strong background in performance tracking, ROI analysis, and budget optimization across paid media and lead generation initiatives
Demonstrated experience collaborating cross-functionally with paid media, analytics, and marketing operations teams to improve acquisition efficiency
Data-driven mindset with the ability to evaluate lead quality, campaign effectiveness, and cost efficiency, translating insights into actionable strategies
Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple vendors, campaigns, and workflows in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
