Job Description:

The Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for developing relationships with members of the community and scheduling interested and eligible prospects for first appointments through hosting and attending various types of events. They will engage Medicare-eligible seniors in the community with the ultimate goal of having those individuals become patients of Oak Street Health.

Job Responsibility:

Develop relationships with community members
Schedule interested and eligible prospects for first appointments
Host and attend various types of events
Engage Medicare-eligible seniors in the community
Work closely with Outreach Director/Manager, Community Relationship Analyst and Outreach Executive
Drive new patient growth locally
Act as the face of Oak Street Health in assigned territory
Capture and record customer information in CRM system
Resolve concerns and complaints from new prospects

Requirements:

Ability to quickly connect with and influence people
Comfort with personal sales goals and results tracking
Team player and contributor
Inclination to work in a results oriented role
Comfortable with navigating external barriers
Basic computer skills including email management and documentation
Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce a plus)
Sales and/or healthcare experience a plus
Access to reliable transportation
Ability to lift 25-45 lbs for event set-up
Ability to occasionally work outside standard business hours
Fluency in Spanish, Polish, Russian, or other languages spoken by communities served
US work authorization
