Lead Generation Specialist

• Develop and execute lead generation strategies to acquire high-quality B2B leads in the software development space
• Identify and research target markets, ideal customer profiles, and key decision-makers
• Use various lead generation techniques, including email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting and paid campaigns
• Manage and optimize lead generation tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, HubSpot, etc.)
• Build and maintain prospect databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records
• Qualify leads through initial outreach, ensuring a seamless handoff to the sales team
• Analyze lead generation performance metrics and continuously optimize strategies to improve conversion rates
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align lead generation activities with broader campaign efforts
• Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging lead generation techniques

• 4+ years of experience in B2B lead generation, preferably in the IT services or software development industry
• Proven track record of generating high-quality leads and meeting or exceeding KPIs
• Strong knowledge of outbound sales techniques, prospecting tools, and CRM systems
• Experience with LinkedIn outreach, email automation strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients
• Analytical mindset with experience in tracking and optimizing lead generation campaigns
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team
