Job Description:

The Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for developing relationships with community members while hosting activation events at CVS retail locations to engage Medicare seniors interested in becoming Oak Street Health patients. They are expected to drive local growth, collaborate with teams, and document sales activities.

Job Responsibility:

Generate high-quality leads by effectively engaging Medicare seniors through event execution at multiple CVS retail locations
maintain knowledge of internal sales systems and organizational goals
collaborate with OSH central growth and call center teams
develop strong relationships with prospects who frequent CVS locations
capture and record customer information and sales activity into CRM and other business systems
act as point of contact for central call center team for questions about new prospects
resolve concerns & complaints about Oak Street Health

Requirements:

Ability to quickly connect with and influence the right people
enjoy talking and listening to community members’ healthcare experiences and desired experiences
strong computer skills, including clear electronic communication management and documentation of sales interactions
experience managing through a CRM system, ideally Salesforce
comfort with personal sales goals and results tracking
team player and contributor to the overall effectiveness of the team
inclination to work in a results oriented role
sales and/or healthcare experience a plus
access to reliable transportation to travel between events
ability to lift 25-45 lbs for event set-up
fluency in Spanish, Polish, Russian, or other languages spoken by people in the communities we serve (where necessary)
US work authorization
