You will play a key role in building high-quality pipelines by identifying the right decision-makers, qualifying leads using standard frameworks, and supporting BDMs with actionable insights. Job Responsibility:
Generate high-quality leads through multiple channels: LinkedIn, email outreach, Upwork, Clutch, directories, and any relevant platforms
Build targeted prospect lists using tools like Apollo, ZoomInfo, Lusha, or similar
Execute outbound campaigns with personalized messaging aligned to ZealousWeb’s service offerings
Qualify leads based on budget, timeline, and technical fit before passing to BDM
Maintain prospecting KPIs: number of contacts added, outreach volume, response rate, qualified leads
Coordinate with BDM on ICP, lead scoring, and campaign strategy
Focus on defined target geographies and priority industries as guided by the sales strategy
Follow email compliance, opt-out practices, and data hygiene standards to protect domain and brand reputation
Leverage AI tools for prospect research, account insights, personalization at scale, subject-line testing, and follow-up optimization
Track all activities in CRM and ensure clean, updated data at all times
Research new verticals, geographies, and trends to expand outbound opportunities
Support BDMs with pre-sales tasks such as initial requirement notes, call scheduling, or follow-ups as and when needed
Requirements:
Strong command of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation tools, and CRM usage
Ability to identify decision-makers and understand basic IT service requirements
Basic understanding of website technologies, CMS platforms, mobile apps, and digital marketing
Experience creating prospect lists using data mining tools
Knowledge of cold email best practices: warm-ups, domain health, sequencing, personalization
Ability to qualify leads using standard frameworks (BANT, CHAMP, MEDDIC Lite)
Proficient in Excel/Sheets for lead tracking and segmentation
Strong written and oral communication for impactful outreach messages
Persistence, patience, and consistency in high-volume outbound work
Analytical mindset for improving response rates and campaign effectiveness
Ability to follow structured processes and maintain discipline
Curious, research-oriented attitude to understand prospects better
Team-oriented mindset with willingness to support sales and marketing
Ability to adapt tone and messaging based on geography and industry
