Job Description:

The Lead Generation Specialist develops relationships with community members to encourage Medicare seniors to become Oak Street Health patients. They host events at CVS locations, engage prospects, and collaborate with internal teams. The role requires strong communication skills, CRM usage, and customer issue resolution.

Job Responsibility:

Generate high-quality leads through event execution
Develop relationships with CVS visitors
Capture and record customer information into CRM systems
Collaborate with growth and call center teams
Resolve concerns or complaints about Oak Street Health

Requirements:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce
Ability to resolve customer concerns
Team collaboration skills
Knowledge of Medicare services helpful but not required
