We have delivered $50M+ in client value, and now we need someone who can find the right buyers, start real conversations, and book qualified appointments with C-suite and VP-level decision-makers. This is not a volume-first outreach role. Every touchpoint represents our brand. We want someone who can work curated lead lists, research the right ICP, write short high-conviction outreach, test messaging weekly, and improve performance over time.

Job Responsibility:

  • ICP research and segmented list building using Sales Navigator, Apollo or Enrich
  • Cold email outreach with clear, short, one-CTA messaging
  • LinkedIn outreach and social selling
  • Cold calling to qualified leads after initial outreach
  • Weekly A/B testing across subject lines, messaging angles, or ICPs
  • Community prospecting in niche Facebook groups and relevant spaces
  • CRM hygiene and weekly pipeline reporting
  • Working curated lead lists provided by the company, and turning those accounts into qualified conversations through email, cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, and follow-ups
  • Promoting Pendoah’s core service lineup and, where relevant, selected affiliated service offerings

Requirements:

  • Proven B2B outbound experience with real reply rates and booked meetings
  • Strong command of tools like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoho CRM
  • Sharp written communication with short, human, problem-first messaging
  • Confidence handling objections on calls and pitching to cold leads
  • A self-directed mindset with the ability to diagnose underperforming campaigns and improve them without waiting for instruction

Nice to have:

  • Experience selling AI, SaaS, or tech services into regulated industries
  • Familiarity with SPF, DKIM, DMARC, domain warm-up, ABM, and Clay
What we offer:
  • Competitive salary
  • Commissions
  • Eid Bonuses

  • EOBI (Pension plan)
  • Paid leave compensation
  • Advance salary
  • Family healthcare (Including maternity)
  • Family OPD (reimbursable)
  • Maternal/Paternal leaves
  • Outdoor sports area
  • Billiards & Foosball table
  • Xbox & Media Room
  • Gym facility
  • Pick & Drop facility for female staff
