Excellent career opportunity for a Lead Generation Representative. This position is an integral role on Quadient’s demand generation team. The primary responsibility is to cold call and identify sales opportunities in the Mail Related Services segment for the company’s Field Sales Representatives. The Lead Generation Representative uses both prospect and customer data sources. The ideal candidate must have clearly developed qualitative and quantitative skills which allow for success in this role. Job Responsibility:
Cold call and identify sales opportunities in the Mail Related Services segment for the company’s Field Sales Representatives
Use both prospect and customer data sources
Working with a variety of 7 or more campaigns (including customer and prospect campaigns)
Ability to navigate conversations with a wide range of target personas (from manager to Director and C level)
Tailor Customer outreach with exclusive talk tracks/rebuttals and targeting of higher-level DM’s
Ability to pivot in any conversation and probe deeper to explore cross sell opportunities and Quadient solutions
Ability to multi-task and use various applications while making outbound dials
Achieve all Lead Generation goals and appointment percentage
Assist manager with effective feedback on all campaigns
Utilize effective communication, presentation and listening skills
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in B2B lead generation, appointment setting or an SDR role
Bachelor’s degree preferred
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
Well-rounded, business experience working in a professional setting with a passion for achieving all targets
High outbound call experience
Proven track record of achieving goals consistently
Lead generation team experience a plus
