Lead Generation Manager

• Conduct in-depth market and industry research to identify potential leads and opportunities
• Gather and verify contact information and other relevant data from various sources
• Maintain and manage a clean, updated, and organized contact database
• Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly lead generation reports and performance summaries
• Oversee and evaluate the daily performance of the lead generation team
• Set and monitor KPIs to ensure productivity and output standards are met
• Provide coaching, guidance, and support to improve team effectiveness and accuracy
• Coordinate with the sales team to align strategies and support the sales pipeline
• Scan, review, verify, and upload leads and documents to the appropriate systems or databases
• Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and timely updates across all platforms
• Analyze lead conversion trends to improve future campaigns and initiatives
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure lead quality and alignment with target markets
• Leverage internal tools and resources to meet client and business objectives
• Collaborate with other departments to support broader business development goals
• Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management

• Proven experience in lead generation, business development, or a similar managerial role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Highly organized with superb attention to detail
• Proficient in CRM tools, data management platforms, and lead generation software
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under pressure
