Edvantis is a longstanding software engineering partner operating across Central & Eastern Europe and the USA. We help organizations drive tech innovation and digital transformation — and now we’re scaling our outbound outreach. We’re looking for a Lead Generation Manager who can build a predictable outbound pipeline and consistently book qualified meetings for our Sales Team. As a Lead Generation Manager, you will take full ownership of outbound activities and scale programs that connect Edvantis with key technical decision makers. Your outreach will span LinkedIn, cold email, conferences (US & EU), webinars, and new channels you identify as highly potential.
Job Responsibility:
Build a predictable outbound pipeline and consistently book qualified meetings for our Sales Team
Drive outbound lead generation in close collaboration with Engagement, Marketing, and Account Management teams
Launch, A/B test, and continuously optimize outbound campaigns across all channels
Take full ownership of LinkedIn outreach, cold email campaigns, and lead generation through conferences and webinars
Build high-performing sequences, compelling messaging, and efficient conversion funnels
Maintain a clean, structured outbound pipeline in HubSpot
Manage tools, enrichment workflows, automation, and performance reporting
Coordinate the work of the Edvantis Research Specialist (ICPs, decision makers, new opportunities)
Use analytics to evaluate campaign performance, surface insights, and drive improvements
Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance future outbound initiatives
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in B2B lead generation, sales development, or demand generation
Proven success with LinkedIn outreach and cold email
Experience in generating leads via events, conferences, or webinars (online/offline)
Hands-on experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and similar tools
Detail orientation, focus on results, accuracy in execution, proactivity, and collaboration
Being comfortable working autonomously, experimenting, and proposing new outbound channels
English level – Upper-Intermediate or higher
