We're looking for a Lead Generation Executive with 1-3 years of experience to own lead generation and outbound demand generation using social media marketing and email campaigns, targeting decision makers in the UK, Europe, and GCC markets. As a Lead Generation Executive, you'll own the lead generation and outbound demand generation function, driving business growth through strategic social media marketing and targeted email campaigns. You'll focus on engaging decision makers in Engineering, IT, and Manufacturing sectors across the UK, Europe, and GCC regions. This role offers the opportunity to develop expertise in B2B lead generation while working with international markets and senior-level decision makers. You'll have ownership of campaigns, access to modern sales and marketing tools, and the ability to directly impact business growth through your efforts.
Job Responsibility:
Generate qualified leads by targeting decision makers in the UK, Europe, and GCC Market regions
Execute personalized email and LinkedIn campaigns targeting C-level and senior leaders in Engineering, IT, and Manufacturing
Conduct thorough research on accounts, personas, and industry challenges before initiating outreach
Leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM tools to identify, engage, and nurture prospects
Qualify leads based on defined criteria and schedule high-quality meetings for senior sales and solution teams
Track, analyze, and continuously improve campaign metrics including response rates, conversion rates, and meetings booked
Provide valuable insights on market trends, competitive intelligence, and customer feedback to inform strategy
Own lead generation and outbound demand generation using SMM and Email Campaigns
Develop and implement multi-channel outreach strategies
Create compelling messaging that resonates with target personas
Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM tools to drive engagement
Conduct initial discovery conversations with prospects
Schedule meetings for senior sales and solution teams
Analyze campaign performance and optimize outreach strategies
Share insights on market trends and customer feedback
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
Report on lead generation activities and pipeline contribution
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
1-3 years of experience in lead generation or business development
Strong understanding of B2B sales and marketing processes
Experience generating leads targeting decision makers in international markets
Proven track record in executing email and LinkedIn campaigns
Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM tools
Background in B2B lead generation, preferably in Engineering, IT, or Manufacturing sectors
Experience qualifying leads and scheduling meetings for sales teams
Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospect identification and engagement
Experience with CRM tools for lead management and pipeline tracking
Strong research and analytical skills to understand target accounts and personas
