Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated IT Lead Generation Executive to drive sales opportunities and generate qualified leads for our IT services and solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for researching, identifying, and engaging potential clients through various channels, effectively communicating our IT service offerings, and setting up meetings for the sales team. As the first point of contact, you will play a crucial role in business growth by building relationships with key decision-makers.

Job Responsibility

  • Identify and Research potential clients within the IT industry, focusing on businesses that require software development, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and other IT services
  • Prospect and Engage with potential leads via cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms
  • Qualify Leads based on predefined criteria, understanding their IT requirements and business needs
  • Schedule Meetings and coordinate between qualified leads and the sales team for further discussions
  • Maintain CRM Data by recording all interactions, lead status, and follow-ups accurately
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Team to optimize lead generation campaigns and improve conversion rates
  • Stay Updated on IT Industry Trends to tailor outreach strategies and enhance engagement with prospects
  • Achieve Monthly/Quarterly Targets for lead generation and contribute to the company’s revenue goals

Requirements

  • Proven Experience in IT lead generation, IT sales, or business development within an IT services-based company
  • Excellent Communication & Negotiation Skills to engage C-level executives and decision-makers
  • Understanding of IT Services such as software development, web and mobile app development, cloud solutions, DevOps, cybersecurity, and managed IT services
  • Experience with CRM Software (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.) for tracking and managing leads
  • Strong Analytical and Research Skills to identify and approach the right prospects
  • Target-Driven Mindset with the ability to meet and exceed KPIs and sales goals
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital prospecting tools

Nice to have

  • 1-3 years of experience in IT lead generation, inside sales, or B2B sales
  • Prior experience in working with IT service-based companies or technology consulting firms
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation tools, and cold outreach strategies
