Job Description:

RailsCarma is looking for passionate professional for Lead Generation to be a part of a young and entrepreneurial team of professionals. Not only will you have the chance to make your mark as an established Lead Generation Executive, but you will also get to work and interact with seasoned professionals who are deeply committed.

Job Responsibility:

Generation of new sales leads via direct customer engagement including live chat handling, targeted web search, cold calling and email campaigning
Lead generation, lead qualification, nurturing, and tracking

Requirements:

Excellent written and verbal communication
Strong listening, presentation skills and interpersonal skills
Ability to do multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
Willing to work in rotational shifts (3 PM to 11 PM) and (11 PM to 7 AM)
