As a Lead Generation Specialist, you'll play a vital role in engaging with rural communities and acting as the first point of contact for potential customers. This is a great opportunity for someone who is new to sales or considering a career change and has an interest in working with people in a face-to-face role. You'll be instrumental in representing and promoting the Quickline brand in our new-build areas. As a Lead Generation Specialist, you'll be the friendly face of Quickline within the communities we serve, helping residents understand the benefits of our network and supporting them on their journey to getting connected. This role is field based, covering rural communities across our network build areas.
Job Responsibility:
Engaging directly with residents in rural communities, generating interest and qualified leads for Telesales team
Acting as a visible Quickline ambassador, building trust and awareness
Attending local events, door-to-door engagement, and community initiatives to promote services
Capturing and recording customer details and interactions accurately within CRM systems
Working closely with Telesales and wider teams to ensure smooth customer journey
Requirements:
Experience in a customer-facing role such as retail, hospitality, events, promotions, or community engagement, or a strong interest in working with people
Confident and approachable, with a willingness to start conversations
Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable working independently in a field-based role
Ability to learn about new products and explain key benefits clearly
Comfortable capturing customer information accurately and following GDPR guidelines
Full UK driving licence is essential
