Job Description:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Lead Gas Engineer to join our growing Domestic Gas team. The Sureserve Group of businesses provides market-leading compliance and energy services across the UK. Sureserve Compliance South, part of the Sureserve Group, delivers heating services within the social housing sector across London & the South East. We support our clients across domestic gas, commercial gas, renewables, and electrical services. We are London’s largest, most successful gas contractor, focusing on long-term contracts with our clients to offer our staff job security and progression opportunities.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support the Area Manager to achieve excellent team performance
  • Lead the team in all aspects of technical quality and safety
  • Investigation and resolution of complaint jobs
  • Engineer auditing where required
  • Engineer coaching where required
  • Investigation reporting where required
  • Lead by example through excellent personal engineer performance
  • Providing technical support for engineers when required
  • Carry out task as set to you by Area Manager
  • Any other duties as set to you by other Managers or Directors

Requirements:

  • Valid ACS & other relevant gas qualifications
  • Full UK Driving Licence (less than 6 points)
  • Experience within Social Housing desirable, but not essential
  • Experience delivering high levels of customer service
  • The ability to work with a diverse customer base
