Lead CRM solution design and functional architecture discussions
Review and approve functional designs, user stories and configurations
Lead functional workshops and discovery sessions for Dynamics 365 Sales and Project Operations implementations
Drive end-to-end solution design across Sales, Project Operations, Finance & Operations and Dual-write integrations
Work closely with stakeholders to define business processes, project delivery models, governance and transformation of roadmaps
Lead implementation activities related to Leads, Opportunities, Projects, Tasks, Journals, Vendors, Price Lists, Time & Expense management, Forecasting, Budgeting, Invoicing and Resource Utilization
Design and Oversee Schedule Board, Resource Requisition, Resource Assignment and Task Planning
Lead design and optimization of complete sales lifecycle processes
Define and improve: Lead Lifecycle Management, Lead to Opportunity process, Opportunity Management, Quote to Order process, Product & pricing management, Sales forecasting and pipeline management
Provide recommendations for sales automation and process optimization
Lead AI and Copilot adoption initiatives including Sales Copilot, AI Agents, Activity Tracking and intelligent automation
Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, Power Platform solutions, Canvas Apps, dashboards and reporting
Define reporting strategy using Power BI, embedded analytics and operational dashboards
Support pre-sales activities, solution demos, estimation and customer presentations
Mentor consultants and ensure best practices, governance and delivery quality
Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines, quality standards and budget
Deliver end-user and key-user training sessions
Requirements
8+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 implementations
Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 Sales module including: Sales lifecycle, Lead management, Quote-to-order processes, Security design, Dashboard & reporting management
Strong experience in Dynamics 365 CE Project Operations including: Project-based sales to delivery lifecycle, Project setup and Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) / task planning, Resource scheduling and bookings, Project documentation and knowledge management, Project contracts, milestones and invoicing schedules, Time & expense capture and approval processes, Cost and revenue recognition profiles, Billing, forecasting and profitability management
Understanding of Marketing and Customer Service
Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations integration with Project Operations using Dual Write
Experience working on projects with Copilot, AI Agents, automation
Experience working on: Customer Engagement to finance integration scenarios, Project contract synchronization, Resource and transaction synchronization, Project invoice and financial integration processes, Dual Write mappings, troubleshooting, and synchronization monitoring
Proven track record implementing Dynamics 365 Project Operations solutions in large-scale enterprise deployments, preferably across multi-country rollouts
Experience as a Functional Lead or Senior Consultant in at least one international end-to-end Dynamics 365 CRM implementation project, preferably with intercontinental rollouts
Experience conducting customer workshops and requirement gathering sessions
Strong understanding of implementation methodologies
