Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Software Engineer - Full stack Java in Technology as part of Global Payments & Liquidity Technology (GPLT)/Working capital Solution (WCS) group. The candidate will be part of an Agile team supporting a legacy wire payment processing application and the transition of Legacy application into Modernization.

Job Responsibility:

Lead complex technology initiatives including those that are companywide with broad impact
Act as a key participant in developing standards and companywide best practices for engineering complex and large scale technology solutions
Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs
Review and analyze complex, large-scale technology solutions for tactical and strategic business objectives
Make decisions in developing standard and companywide best practices for engineering and technology solutions
Collaborate and consult with key technical experts, senior technology team, and external industry groups to resolve complex technical issues
Lead projects, teams, or serve as a peer mentor
Support legacy wire payment processing application
Support end-to-end transition of Legacy application into Modernization

Requirements:

5+ years of Software Engineering experience
5+ years of Oracle experience
4+ years of experience in Full-stack Java development with ReactJS
2+ years of experience with Java/Spring Boot/Spring Cloud/Microservices
Experience with Kafka/Messaging
Experience with REST API
Experience with Redis/Distributed Caching
Experience with Postgres/MongoDB/Oracle
Experience with Docker/Kubernetes/OpenShift
Experience with Junit/Mockito
Experience with ELK/Prometheus/Grafana
Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP
Experience with ReactJS, Redux, HTML5, CSS3
Experience with Jest/Cypress

Nice to have:

Experience in handling an application written in C Language
Experience in Cucumber, Gherkin, Selenium, Postman, Java, JavaScript, Linux Shell scripting, SQL, JUnit, JMeter, LoadRunner, Jenkins/CICD
Expertise in Java programming, test automation tools, SDLC practices, and infrastructure design
Experience in Finance or Banking focus on payment applications (SWIFT, FED, CHIPS, FUS, M2M)
Deep understanding of SDLC practices including Agile and DevOps methodologies
Experience in test-driven development (TDD)
