Job Description

We are seeking a Lead Full Stack Engineer for a high-functioning Agile team. This role involves working on an innovative application through all phases of software development, including design, implementation, and deployment. The objective is to help drive the next generation user experience for donor, representative, and advisor web applications.

Job Responsibility

  • Act as a strong, hands-on technical member of an Agile team
  • Develop, implement, and deploy innovative web applications
  • Produce clean, unit-tested, and refactored code
  • Perform code reviews within the team to maintain quality standards
  • Collaborate with other developers to produce high-quality, timely work
  • Conceptualize Object-Oriented design and engineering design patterns
  • Contribute to an environment of continuous integration and continuous delivery

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or an equivalent field
  • Proven experience in SCRUM, SAFe, or other agile development processes
  • Hands-on experience with building RESTful Web Services/APIs
  • Proficiency in programming with AngularJS, Angular, Javascript, Spring Boot, Spring Batch, and Java
  • Familiarity with Microservices architecture
  • Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks and libraries such as AngularJS, Angular, NGRX, and RXJS
  • Knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, and Hibernate JPA
  • Understanding of SDLC standard methodologies
  • Knowledge of UNIX/Linux environments
  • Experience using SASS/SCSS for stylesheet compilation
  • Focus on accessibility using screen readers and other tools
