Job Description:

The Lead Full Stack Developer is a senior level position responsible for establishing and implementing new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to lead applications systems analysis and programming activities.

Job Responsibility:

Review and analyze proposed technical solutions for projects
Develop comprehensive knowledge of how areas of business integrate to accomplish business goals
Impact the Applications Development area through monitoring delivery of end results, handling day-to-day staff management issues, including resource management and allocation of work within the team/project
Ensure essential procedures are followed and contribute to defining standards negotiating with external parties when necessary
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards

Requirements:

At least 8 years of in-depth commercial development experience with dominant experience on Server and Client-side applications
At least 5 years of experience in writing and supporting high performing applications with expertise in Multithreading, Async communication, Reactive Extensions
Extensive experience in client-side development with experience in Angular, Reactjs, HTML5, ES6+, Typescript, and Reactive programming
Extensive experience of streaming and RESTful API design and development
Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment tools like Jenkins or TeamCity
Self-starting individual with experience of working in a desk facing role
Exposure to Agile Methodologies like scrum, Kanban and techniques like TDD
Exposure to profiling application
Mathematical aptitude and ambition to learn mathematics for financial derivative
Strong aptitude for analysis and problem solving
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
Attention to detail, Self-Motivated, Willingness to learn
