Job Description:

We are looking for an innovative and visionary Lead Full-Stack Developer who's passionate about designing and delivering cutting-edge, fast, and reliable software solutions. In this leadership role, you'll drive the technical direction of projects, architect scalable systems, and set the standard for coding excellence across both frontend and backend development. You will work closely with product, engineering, and operations teams to ensure the seamless integration of complex systems, while also mentoring and guiding a team of developers to achieve their best work. This role offers the opportunity to shape technical roadmap, build next-generation tooling, and influence strategic business outcomes.

Job Responsibility:

Drive the technical direction of projects
Architect scalable systems
Set the standard for coding excellence across both frontend and backend development
Work closely with product, engineering, and operations teams to ensure the seamless integration of complex systems

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
12 to 15 years of experience in full-stack development roles with increasing leadership responsibilities
Proven experience in architecting enterprise-scale applications
Strong understanding of front-end frameworks (Angular10+, HTML, CSS, TypeScript) and backend languages (.NET, Python, or C++)
Proficient in database management (Postgres, SQL, NoSQL) and data modeling
Proficient in GIT, CI/CD practices, and Agile development workflows
Exceptional leadership, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills

Nice to have:

Master's degree in a related field
Prior experience leading cross-functional engineering teams
Experience designing real-time data-intensive or distributed applications
Familiarity with additional modern frontend libraries, frameworks, or charting tools (e.g., React, Vue.js, D3.js, Plotly)
Knowledge of PLC tools and environments (e.g., Rockwell, Siemens, Beckhoff) and experience building tooling for PLC code generation, management, and testing
Familiarity with Micro-Services Architecture, containerization (Docker/micorK8s), and orchestration (Kubernetes)
Cloud deployment experience (AWS, Azure, GCP) and infrastructure-as-code practices
