We are seeking an experienced Web Developer Lead with 7+ years of experience to lead development teams, drive technical innovation, and architect high-quality web applications using modern technologies. As a Web Developer Lead, you'll take on a pivotal leadership role in our engineering team, combining technical expertise with people management skills.   • Experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases, API design and implementation
  • Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and development methodologies
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps practices
  • Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines
  • Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
