Job Description

As a Lead Frontend Engineer, you will work across product development, web platforms, and internal tools to manage the user experience across the company's digital portfolio. This multi-surface role focuses on both system functionality and interface design.

Job Responsibility

  • Overseeing the user interface across external products, marketing websites, and internal systems
  • Leading frontend implementation decisions and contributing to technical strategy within a cross-functional team
  • Developing interfaces that expose backend capabilities as functional product features
  • Working alongside product and design functions to refine user flows, interactions, and general usability
  • Managing the deployment lifecycle from conceptual design through to production support, debugging, and optimization
  • Balancing structured project delivery with business-as-usual (BAU) support and identifying frontend performance bottlenecks

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of experience developing modern, production-grade web applications or platforms
  • Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
  • Professional experience with modern frontend frameworks (such as React or Vue), UI state management, and REST/GraphQL APIs
  • Ability to build reusable UI components and patterns compatible across multiple surfaces
  • Experience with Git, CI/CD environments, responsive design, and ensuring cross-browser compatibility
  • A pragmatic approach to engineering, with the ability to context-switch between distinct projects and systematically improve legacy or imperfect codebases
  • Practical experience with WordPress (themes and plugins), alongside an understanding of web performance, accessibility, and SEO best practices
