Lead Financial Officer

• Establishing and delivering the Central Operations and firm-wide Transformation financial objectives related to expenses and return on investment
• Leading short and long term budgeting, forecasting and planning processes
• Serving as a key member of the COO management team to develop and implement strategic business initiatives
• Partnering with senior management to deliver on financial objectives
• Serving as primary point of contact for business management team for all Finance disciplines
• Developing and maintaining in-depth knowledge of central operations and Transformation programs
• Driving performance based outcomes
• Developing and setting the team's strategic direction
• Maintaining strong partnerships with Operations heads and Transformation Program Leads
• Partnering effectively across internal and external stakeholders
• Driving financial discipline, efficiencies and a culture of accountability
• Developing multi-year financial plans
• Providing regular financial performance updates
• Evaluating business cases and analyses to support business investment decisions
• Developing and implementing solutions for complex financial challenges
• Working with Operations heads to identify and execute on expense management initiatives
• Providing financial reports and analytics to senior management
• Partnering with COO teams to prepare Quarterly Business Review materials
• Assessing risk when business decisions are made

• 15+ years' experience as a senior finance officer in a global organization
• Knowledge and experience serving as a key strategic/financial advisor and partner to senior management
• Extensive financial management experience, including financial planning, budgeting, reporting, analytics and analysis
• Excellent communication skills and proven ability to influence a wide range of stakeholders
• Bachelors/University degree, Master's degree preferred
