Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Financial Crimes Officer to join the Management Information & Reporting team in Financial Crimes Risk Management. This role plays a pivotal role in Financial Crimes organization through the delivery of critical reporting solutions and insights. The role works closely with key partners in FCRM to deliver MIS solutions across Governance, Operations, and Core Financial Crimes data areas.

Job Responsibility:

  • Execute the delivery of the MI&R Book of Work, established reporting inventory, and ad-hoc requests
  • Create, maintain and improve reporting processes and ensure adherence to data governance and compliance standards
  • Act as a process and escalation point
  • Oversee the quality and consumption of reporting solutions
  • Partner with more experienced leaders to develop reporting solutions and innovative methods
  • Collaborate with transformation teams to identify use-cases and define benefits
  • Collaborate internally with FCRM stakeholders such as Control Executive team, Audit, Legal, external agencies, and regulatory bodies
  • Understand data management risk for FCRM

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of Financial Crimes, Operational Risk, Fraud, Sanctions, Anti-Bribery, Corruption experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 5+ years of analytics experience
  • Experience in business intelligence, data reporting, or financial crimes reporting
  • Knowledge of modern data stack and experience with data and analytics technologies (i.e. Teradata, Hadoop, Google Big Query, Tableau, Alteryx, Spark)
  • Proficiency in SQL and Data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
  • Proficiency with all Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven experience building relationships across lines of businesses
  • Ability to facilitate and lead meetings
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Experience in partnering with global teams and collaborating across geographies

Nice to have:

  • Preferred experience in Alteryx
  • Ability to construct PowerPoint presentations for executive communications
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas to non-quantitative colleagues
