Job Description:

We are looking for a Lead Field Engineer - Civil for one of our clients.

Job Responsibility:

  • Supervise, train, and schedule the daily activities of the Field Engineering team to cover all necessary technical functions on the project site
  • Directly manage the RFI process for all technical and design clarifications, ensuring timely responses are implemented correctly in the field
  • Work closely with the scheduling team to integrate technical engineering tasks (e.g., surveys, inspections, material tests) directly into the master project schedule
  • Review and approve all minor field design changes or site-specific adjustments, ensuring they adhere to safety, budget, and structural requirements before implementation
  • Direct the compilation of all as-built drawings, quality records, and commissioning documentation necessary for final project handover and client acceptance
  • Oversee and approve the technical aspects of all temporary works, such as shoring, scaffolding, and formwork, to guarantee stability and safety
  • Collaborate with procurement and construction management to validate material quantities needed for upcoming work and verify that received materials meet technical specifications

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree – Major: Civil & Structural Engineering
  • Relevant Experience: ±16 years
  • Experience in ADNOC Projects will be an added advantage
