Proclinical is seeking an Expeditor to join a dynamic team focused on ensuring the timely delivery of materials and maintaining efficient procurement processes. This role involves coordinating with suppliers, managing reporting systems, and supporting internal stakeholders to meet key performance indicators (KPIs). The position requires a mix of on-site presence in Visp or Stein and remote work flexibility.

Job Responsibility

  • Maintain and update material package reporting systems in the Web PMP Project Procurement Plan
  • Ensure on-time delivery (OTD) of allocated expediting packages, meeting departmental KPI targets
  • Manage and share supplier monthly progress reports (MPR) with stakeholders promptly
  • Notify suppliers of delayed MPRs in a timely manner
  • Coordinate with third parties for expediting interventions
  • Share weekly expediting intervention plans with stakeholders
  • Support order management by processing expediting-related invoices
  • Generate and manage MIS reports for the department

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience in data analytics and reporting
  • Quick learner with a proactive approach
  • Fluency in English
  • Relevant experience in a similar role, with CAPEX experience preferred
  • Ability to work both in an office and construction site environment
  • Flexibility to work 3 days on-site (Visp or Stein) and 2 days remotely
