Job Title- Lead EXIMReporting Manager - Head of LogisticsFunction - Supply ChainLocation - Sector 20 Gurgaon Experience Minimum- 5 Years Effectively manage the day to day Export and Import - BIO & CAB Logistics and warehousing operations. The operations efforts would include Order Management , Implementing PRIME/CMP at warehouse, Custom Bonded Warehouse (CBW) Operations, CHA management, customs engagement and transportation management.Drive Initiatives on Operational Efficiency, automation and digitization.Drive KPI delivery for the function. Ensure timely Customer Service - Order Cycle Management for all IBD (export) and BIO operations. Ensure all Custom Bonded Warehouse and compliant to PRI SOP & regulatory requirements. Implement PRIME/CMP at all CBW. Work on improving CHA performance and ensure timely custom clearance of CAB, BIO & export shipment. Ensure all Export shipments comply with statutory requirements of origin and destination w.r.t documentation and related requirements. Monitor Warehouse KPIs and identify areas of improvement. Work on regular monitoring on stock count adherence Identify and Work on Non-value added activities to streamline material flow with in DG & FG through Value Stream Mapping and re-work on WH Layout. Identify and implement cost saving opportunities around MHE / WH Space / Loading throughput / CAPEX / Transportation and other areas. Drive digitization for the EXIM Operations and enhance/implement digital tools. Periodic review of CHA / Custom Bonded Warehouse Operator / Transporter performance (define & track KPI and work on improvement) Ensure all export shipments are executed as per agreed TAT. 12-15 years of total experience in FMCG/Pharmacy or beverage enterprise of repute in EXIM. Experience in S&OP, planning tool, international experience and process excellence will be an added advantage
