Job Responsibility:
Lead structural design on complex projects across health, education, retail, tertiary, and commercial sectors
Provide strategic oversight across the full project lifecycle, from concept and design development through procurement and construction monitoring
Contribute to the leadership and support of the local Christchurch Structural team
Engage confidently with clients, stakeholders, and delivery partners, fostering trusted and influential relationships
Apply analytical rigour and expert engineering judgement to deliver high-quality, technically robust solutions
Collaborate across disciplines to drive integrated, innovative outcomes that exceed client expectations
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering (or similar)
Chartered, or working confidently toward chartership
10-12+ years’ experience in structural engineering within a consultancy environment
Technical eminence with a proven ability to proactively drive projects and deliver high-quality outcomes
Proven experience in winning work and demonstrating delivery
