Job Description

We are seeking a Renewables Lead – Technical Advisory Oriented to perform the role of [Seller–Doer] to support and grow LTA and Independent Engineering services across the Middle East, Caspian, & Africa. The role is delivery-driven with commercial responsibility, combining hands-on technical execution with client-facing business development, proposals, and repeat work generation. The consultant will work on Wind, Solar PV, BESS, and Hybrid renewable energy projects, primarily supporting lenders, developers, and investors. This position is intended for a mid-seniority professional (10–15 years’ experience) with strong technical credibility and proven exposure to project financing and due-diligence assignments.

Job Responsibility

  • Act as Lead Consultant / Task Manager for Lenders’ Technical Advisory (LTA), Independent Engineering (IE), and Owner’s Engineer (OE) assignments
  • Perform and/or review energy yield assessments (P50/P75/P90)
  • Technical due diligence of Wind, Solar PV, and BESS projects
  • Design, technology, and performance risk assessments
  • Review EPC, OEM, and O&M documentation
  • Assess grid compliance, interconnection studies, and availability assumptions
  • Identify technical risks, mitigation measures, and optimization opportunities
  • Prepare bankable technical reports aligned with lender expectations
  • Support tendering and proposal preparation for LTA and IE scopes
  • Analyze RFQs/RFPs and define technical scope, methodology, deliverables, inputs, and assumptions
  • Engage directly with clients to explain methodologies and support negotiations
  • Contribute to building repeat business with banks, developers, and IPPs
  • Support client presentations and site visits
  • Coordinate with ArcVera global experts and Bureau Veritas specialists
  • Maintain consistency with ArcVera technical standards and reporting quality
  • Support knowledge sharing and mentoring of junior consultants

Requirements
