Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering
  • PE license required
  • 8+ years of engineering experience with increasing responsibility
  • At least 4 years of experience supervising or mentoring technical staff
  • Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and client service skills
  • Deep knowledge of regulations, standards, and quality management practices
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to work a flexible schedule
