In this role, you’ll drive grid integration, technical scoping, and electrical solutions for offshore projects in Northern & Central Europe. Collaborate across teams, shape product strategy, and deliver innovative, customer-focused solutions. Make your mark in renewable energy—at the forefront of offshore innovation.

Job Responsibility:

  • Supporting scoping, technical value engineering, and contracting from an electrical and grid perspective
  • Providing feedback on Product Strategy and Management for future product improvements
  • Ensuring compliance with customer and TSO requirements in electrical project configurations
  • Responding to customer inquiries, preparing tender clarifications, and managing key technical relationships
  • Leading risk assessments and owning relevant technical annexes and contract schedules
  • Gathering site/grid data and supporting grid integration studies with R&D experts
  • Assisting execution teams with grid simulations, test protocols, and compliance testing
  • Engaging with customers, TSOs, utilities, and certification bodies
  • Staying updated on local regulations

Requirements:

  • A master’s or a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or Power Systems
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role
  • Solid understanding of regulatory electrical requirements and grid codes
  • Experience in power system analysis, including steady-state and transient studies
  • Proficiency in power system simulation tools such as DIgSILENT, PSCAD, or PSSE
  • Knowledge of HV/MV systems related to offshore wind turbine equipment and offshore power plant electrical infrastructure
  • Strong technical skills with a focus on problem-solving and root cause analysis
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage responsibilities effectively
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Well-developed time management and organizational abilities
  • Willingness to travel
