Job Description

This role requires being in the office at 1101 Greenwood Blvd. Lake Mary, FL 32746 weekly on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. As a highly experienced, hands-on Engineer-Agile specializing in SAFe Agile delivery methodology, you will lead the design and implementation of complex, dynamic healthcare solutions leveraging Enterprise Agile Planning (EAP) suite of products, such as Digital.ai Agility, Atlassian Jira, Rally, etc. This role is critical in driving digital transformation within a high-stakes healthcare environment, aligning technical solutions with business goals and regulatory requirements, utilizing the full capabilities of the EAP suite of products.

Job Responsibility

  • Design and build robust, scalable, and high-performance solutions utilizing the Enterprise Agile Planning (EAP) suite of products and applications
  • Leverage deep expertise in the Agile Planning Platform to revolutionize application development and delivery processes, optimizing for efficiency and effectiveness
  • Provide authoritative guidance, establish best practices, and maximize the use of advanced features and tools within the platform ecosystem
  • Tailor the enterprise agile planning platform to meet complex healthcare business needs, addressing intricate integration requirements
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into comprehensive technical solutions that align with business objectives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and 5 years of experience in the job offered or in a lead engineer related occupation
  • 5 years of experience in: developing software applications in compliance with scaled agile methodologies and best practices
  • performing enterprise application architecture and software development in large, complex environments
  • using the Enterprise Agile Planning suite of applications, including Agility Platform, Analytic Lens, Release, Jira, and/or Rally, to architect and integrate Agile toolchains with DevOps pipelines
  • configure workflows and automation to support CI/CD practices
  • implement custom reporting and analytics for delivery metrics
  • and drive scalable, data-informed Agile delivery across enterprise teams and programs
