Job Description:

The PSA is looking for a dynamic Lead Educator and Trainer to empower members, Delegates, and HSRs to lead, advocate, and drive change in the workplace. This is a high-impact role where your work will strengthen union capability, engagement, and visibility across South Australia’s public sector.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead bold education programs that equip members to advocate, campaign, bargain, and drive workplace change
  • Create and deliver practical resources that build leadership, engagement, and union power
  • Mentor and coach leaders and organisers to boost confidence, influence, and workplace impact
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure education supports strategic campaigns and union growth
  • Measure and enhance learning outcomes to meet the needs of diverse adult learners
  • Amplify member engagement through clear, compelling communications and reports
