Lead the strategic development and execution of Enterprise & Data Center business, successfully achieving planned revenue, expanding into new territories, implementing growth strategies, and mentoring sales teams to elevate market presence
Job Responsibility:
Own and achieve sales targets for the enterprise segment
Responsible to drive for Enterprise and Datacenter market with key focus area on products covering Structured Cabling, Datacenter, FTTx-ODN Network, Industrial Cabling and etc
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Operating as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to customer accounts
Expands company’s customer base and build and promote strong customer relationships
Requirements:
12-15 years of experience in sales in Enterprise, Data Centre & Cabling Industry
Handling end customers and system integrators
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to deliver clear and compelling presentations
Strong commercial acumen, good negotiator and understanding of complex sales cycles and governance processes
Extensive network within the Data Center & Hybrid partner community
Demonstrated experience in leading an enterprise-level sales organisation
Substantial exposure to the Data Center and Hybrid markets
Direct front-line sales experience involving relevant technologies and solution portfolios
Robust commercial acumen, strong negotiation capabilities, and a comprehensive understanding of complex sales cycles and associated governance frameworks
A well-established and credible network within the Enterprise and Data Center ecosystem
