Job Responsibility

Leading a dedicated team of friendly and supportive staff, helping to create a warm, inclusive atmosphere where every child feels safe, valued, and inspired to reach their full potential
Work in partnership with the educator team to ensure the successful running of the nursery
Encourage a love of learning through high quality teaching under the EYFS framework
Ensure all children are kept safe and have rich stimulating experiences
Build relationships with the team to create an inspiring working environment
Lead, motivate and inspire the educator team
Be the third in command in the nursery after the Nursery Manager and Deputy Manager
Identifying areas of change and implementing
