Job Description:

Delaware North Sportservice is hiring a seasonal Lead Dishwasher to join our team at Great American Ball Park in Cincinnati, Ohio. As a Lead Dishwasher, you will assist the Executive Steward and Lead Cooks in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in all food and beverage venues, in accordance with our company’s standards.

Job Responsibility:

  • Supervise and train dishwasher team members
  • Ensure clean pots, pans, and other cooking containers and utensils are ready and available when needed
  • Keep work area, coolers, freezers, and equipment neat and clean at all times
  • Report all maintenance issues to the Executive Steward
  • Adhere to and enforce inventory and labor control measures
  • perform inventory counts as requested

Requirements:

  • Prior dishwashing experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work cooperatively with others
  • Basic math skills for counting inventory
  • No high school diploma or GED required
  • Ability to lift, move, and maneuver up to 165 pounds
  • Ability to pull or push heavy carts of stock throughout the facility
  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, lifting, and reaching, during the entire length of shift
