Job Description:

Lead Director role responsible for Financial Analysis and Underwriting within the team at CVS Health. This position leads key pricing activities to retain and grow pharmacy lives and supports CVS Health and Finance leadership to drive value. The role manages complex PBM pricing strategies and financial analysis designed to meet the business needs of CVS Health, clients, and client's customers.

Job Responsibility:

Lead key pricing activities to retain and grow pharmacy lives
Support CVS Health and Finance leadership to drive value
Support key underwriting and financial analysis activities
Develop and lead a team of Underwriters and Analysts
Manage vast, complex PBM pricing strategies and financial analysis
Hire, train, develop, coach, and evaluate Underwriters and Analytic Consultants
Achieve and maintain high levels of employee engagement
Manage all analytic activities ensuring timeliness, accuracy, and consultative value
Allocate resources effectively and efficiently
Develop and maintain relationships with Sales and Account Management
Develop relationships with Aetna Finance, Pricing and Sales teams
Work with internal partners to facilitate and support development of analytic models
Acquire and maintain leading-edge knowledge of PBM plan management strategies
Participate in client meetings as needed and requested

Requirements:

Minimum of 10 years professional experience including financial acumen, pricing, underwriting or drivers or enterprise/PBM revenue and profitability
5+ years of PBM experience
1+ years of leadership/management/mentorship experience
Bachelors degree or equivalent professional work experience required

Nice to have:

Prior management experience, preferably in a healthcare environment
Credentialed Actuary (ASA) (FSA) preferred
Masters degree preferred
