Job Description:

Lead Director of Store Experience Strategy responsible for developing long-term strategy focused on retail environment that delivers against evolution of retail pharmacy value proposition. Will develop concepts to be piloted/validated with customers to inform market strategies, capital investments and deployment of internal resources. Expected to back strategy in relevant data, insights, and trends. Will play key role in challenging legacy thinking, bringing in external perspectives, and championing customer with lens toward future of retail space. Also responsible for measuring effectiveness of strategy.

Job Responsibility:

Developing long-term strategy focused on retail environment
Developing concepts to be piloted/validated with customers
Informing market strategies, capital investments and deployment of internal resources
Backing strategy with relevant data, insights, and trends
Challenging legacy thinking and bringing in external perspectives
Championing customer with lens toward future of retail space
Measuring effectiveness of strategy
Supporting team through analytics, project management, applied insights and research, and leadership communications
Project management, leadership presentation creation, and communications
Partnering with internal and external teams to generate and disseminate analytics and insights
Identifying opportunities for integration and process improvement across lines of business and marketing functions
Managing relationships with executive leaders
Building networks and strong relationships to influence and impact change across organization

Requirements:

10+ years of professional work experience with strategic background
Bachelor's degree OR equivalent required
MBA or other relevant master's degree preferred
Consulting experience preferred but not required
Strong business acumen
Comfort with ambiguity, passion for learning, and entrepreneurial spirit
Demonstrated ability to lead complex initiatives with minimal oversight
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Experience in creating end-to-end senior-level presentations
Data driven, structured, proactive problem solver with collaborative style
Proven ability to manage conflict and strong work ethic
Analytical thinker with superior problem-solving skills
Ability to support tactical execution without losing sight of overall strategy
Ability to foster cross-functional relationships
Comfort operating in a matrixed environment
Ability to manage high-impact projects with high-degree of autonomy
Proven skills in project and program management
