Job Responsibility:
Directing a high skilled team of 50+ technology professionals, will act as the IT leader responsible for core adjudication strategic programs work stream running on the iSeries AS/400 platform
Responsible for the development and delivery of optimized technology solutions for CVS Health's RxClaim Adjudication platform
Create and ensure the implementation of application development standards to drive architectural roadmap for simplification and modularization of key adjudication functions
Assist in the business development process, setting priorities, and understanding requirements and technical platforms available to meet the business needs
Requirements:
10+ years of Healthcare IT experience in a large-scale complex technology environment, leading IT teams focused on application/system architecture & application development of the AS/400 platform and related technologies
In depth understanding of APIs and microservices-based architecture
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
Nice to have:
Health Care Industry domain knowledge including 2+ years’ experience in a Director level role or 4+ years of diverse experience in a Sr Manager role
Experience in enterprise development tools and methodologies (XP, Agile) including DevSecOps and DataOps
Experience integrating with legacy mainframe/mid-range AS400 applications including developing roadmaps for modernization of the applications
