Job Description:

Lead Director role in Specialty Trade Relations at CVS Health, responsible for monitoring pharmaceutical specialty pipeline products and developing RFP strategy for specialty trade pipeline for pharmaceutical manufacturers and industry consultants.

Job Responsibility:

Monitor pharmaceutical specialty pipeline products
Develop RFP Strategy for specialty trade pipeline
Lead all aspects of the RFP process
Manage a team of RFP colleagues
Establish company as innovative and leading specialty pharmacy within RFPs for drug access
Connect with specialty pharmaceutical consultants and manufacturers
Collaborate internally with cross functional partners
Respond and coordinate specialty manufacturer Request for Proposals
Establish and communicate specialty pharmacy RFP strategy internally
Support development of Access Strategy with senior leadership

Requirements:

10+ years of overall professional experience
5+ years' experience in strategy, marketing or business development working in the specialty pharmacy industry, biotech, pharmaceutical, payer or consulting space
Proven strong business writing skills
Ability to partner cross functionally and maintain relationships with internal/external stakeholders in a highly matrixed environment
Bachelor's Degree or proven related experience required

Nice to have:

5 years' experience leading specialty/biologic manufacturers
MBA or graduate degree
