Brief Overview: Leads strategic engagement with pharmaceutical design partners to drive product innovation, portfolio evolution, and commercialization readiness. Responsible for translating partner collaboration into scalable, monetizable solutions aligned with organizational growth objectives.

Job Responsibility:

  • Serves as senior relationship owner for assigned design partner
  • Leads structured discovery and co-creation sessions to identify unmet needs and product opportunities
  • Translates partner insights into scalable product roadmaps and commercialization plans.
  • Aligns cross-functional stakeholders across Product, Data, Legal, and Commercial teams
  • Drives pilot design, measurement frameworks, and innovation governance processes
  • Develops business cases supporting portfolio expansion and investment decisions
  • Influences senior leadership through clear articulation of opportunity, risk, and financial impact
  • Ensures learnings from design partnerships are institutionalized and scaled beyond individual clients
  • Coaches Managers in synthesizing insights and building commercialization-ready materials

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in consulting, pharma services, data delivery, or client engagement leadership
  • Experience managing enterprise-level client relationships preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree required.(Business Administration, Data Science, Business Analytics, Informatics)
  • Master's Degree preferred (MBA, Data Science, Business Analytics, Informatics)
