Lead Director of Sales - Florida Middle Market

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets
• Design and implement proactive sales strategies to drive new business and retain key accounts
• Analyze sales metrics and market trends to identify opportunities
• Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability and collaboration
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, clients, and internal partners
• Oversee pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting for the Florida market
• Champion adoption of best practices, tools, and processes
• Represent Florida sales team in cross-functional initiatives

• 7+ years of sales experience with demonstrated leadership in large group fully insured and self-funded sales strategy development and execution
• Demonstrated success in leading sales teams to exceed goals in a competitive market
• Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting financials, underwriting, and sales data
• Proven ability to coach, develop, and inspire high-performing teams
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills
• Deep knowledge of the Florida market and broker landscape
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
