Lead Director Network Platform Solutions

• Provide strategic leadership as business owner for duals capabilities across network platforms
• Ensure operational excellence through adherence to SLAs and Key Performance Indicators
• Demonstrate ability to lead through influence and foster culture of accountability
• Ensure project delivery rigor to implement new platform capabilities
• Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities to enhance platform capabilities
• Provide cross functional leadership with IT, business, and other stakeholders
• Provide change management rigor for smooth transitions

• Minimum 10 years of experience in strategy and delivery leadership roles
• 5+ years of Medicare/Medicaid and/or Duals experience
• Proven success navigating large scale cross functional initiatives with technological components
• Experience identifying requirements and assessing potential impact, and creating multi-phased roadmaps
• Experience working in agile environments
• Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification
• Strong strategic thinker with ability to develop and execute roadmaps
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to balance competing priorities
