Job Description:

Strategic leader driving performance excellence across Aetna's Value-Based Care portfolio, accountable for aggregating and analyzing performance data, identifying key performance drivers, and delivering actionable insights that guide business decisions for national and local providers

Job Responsibility:

Aggregate, report, and analyze VBC performance data nationally and across all regions and lines of business
Develop and maintain executive dashboards and reports providing visibility into key performance metrics and trends
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency
Analyze key performance indicators related to revenue, cost and quality to identify trends and areas for improvement
Collaborate cross-functionally to support development of provider performance improvement initiatives
Create executive-level materials such as performance summaries, visualizations, and data-driven recommendations

Requirements:

Minimum of 10 years experience with medical economics, management consulting, project consulting, business process consulting, financial strategic analysis
Understanding of value-based care, including risk adjustment methodologies (e.g., HCC coding), quality measurement frameworks, and payer-provider collaboration
Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable reporting and insights
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, demonstrated relationship management skills at senior level
Experience with enterprise-wide and/or cross-functional large scale initiatives with high degree of complexity
Demonstrated experience successfully implementing change in complex organizations
