Job Description:

Lead Director FP&A – HCD DDAT Finance role at CVS Health supporting the financials of HCD DDAT. Provides strategic leadership and oversight for financial planning and analysis functions by managing a team of financial analysts, coordinating budgeting and forecasting processes, providing guidance on financial strategy, and collaborating with stakeholders to align financial goals with business objectives.

Job Responsibility:

Develops processes and implements the organization's financial planning and budgeting processes
Communicates strategic financial analysis and insights to support decision-making at the executive level
Controls the forecasting process to provide accurate and timely financial forecasts
Administers in-depth financial analysis including variance analysis, trend analysis, and profitability analysis
Communicates with top management to support strategic planning initiatives
Designs risk mitigation strategies to safeguard the organization's financial position
Contributes to streamlining financial planning and analysis processes
Guides management for individual performance evaluations
Manages operational aspects of the team

Requirements:

10-15 years of FP&A experience
Technology FP&A Background
Certified Corporate FP&A Professional (FPAC) preferred
Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills
Adept at business intelligence
Adept at collaboration and teamwork
Mastery of problem solving and decision making skills
Mastery of growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills
Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification
