Job Description:

The Lead Director Financial Planning and Analysis provides strategic leadership and oversight for financial planning and analysis functions by managing a team of financial analysts, coordinating budgeting and forecasting processes, providing guidance on financial strategy, and collaborating with stakeholders to align financial goals with business objectives. Ensures accurate financial reporting, drives process improvements, and contributes to strategic planning and risk assessment.

Job Responsibility:

Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting cycles for Revenue and Cost of Sales
Partner with Operations leadership to develop capacity and production forecast assumptions
Spearhead the modernization of the FP&A function by implementing process improvements and leveraging AI
Manage, mentor, and develop a team of 3+ financial analysts
Build financial models that inform strategic investments with focus on ROI
Drive business strategy and performance by communicating data-backed insights to leadership

Requirements:

10+ years of financial planning and analysis experience
5+ years of healthcare finance or operations experience
5+ years of experience with Anaplan, SQL, and/or snowflake
Bachelors Degree required or equivalent years of related experience
Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills
Adept at business intelligence
Adept at collaboration and teamwork
Mastery of problem solving and decision making skills
Mastery of growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills
