Job Responsibility:

  • Proactively evaluates Company performance by leveraging both Financial Statement and Date of Service analyses to inform strategic decisions that drive operating income growth
  • Combines focused analytical research, complex financial modeling and business decision support related to long-term, sustainable operating earnings growth actions and strategy
  • Collaborate with the Enterprise to implement changes and enhancements to our financial systems
  • Provide strategic direction, continuous coaching, development and feedback while leading a small team including rotational development program members
  • Technical knowledge of financial systems (Hyperion, S4, Anaplan, ADAM etc..)
  • Assist in the development of ad-hoc analyses and actionable recommendations for executive leadership
  • Leverage strong communication and presentation skills
  • Continuous process improvement and leveraging of technology
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Experience designing and executing process improvements

Requirements:

  • 10+ years’ experience in healthcare, managed care insurance, financial forecasting, financial analysis and reporting, actuarial, and management of teams
  • Excellent communication skills along with strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven experience in a fast paced, deadline driven environment

Nice to have:

  • Deep Understanding of financial systems (Hyperion, S4, AMRS, etc)
  • Advanced degree in Finance or Business, CPA preferred and/or FSA desired
  • Supervisory or managerial experience
